Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes long and offered both in-person and virtually. The therapeutic relationship is grounded in cultural relational theory, which considers the impact of relationships, culture, and social context on well-being. This is a space to pause, notice what’s happening in your body, and explore the patterns that shape your relationships with yourself and others. Together, we work in the here-and-now to connect past experiences with present feelings, helping you make choices that feel more aligned with who you are today.

Common Themes:

Intergenerational patterns and inherited narratives

Relationship challenges and boundary setting

Grief, loss, and life transitions

Anxiety, overwhelm, and stress

Exploring identity and belonging

Nervous system regulation and somatic awareness

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy sessions are offered both in-person and virtually. It is a collaborative process that focuses on how you and your partner communicate, respond to conflict, and navigate change. Using a here-and-now approach, we’ll identify patterns, explore their roots, and create new ways of relating that strengthen trust and connection.

Common Themes:

Communication breakdowns and recurring conflicts

Navigating cultural differences and expectations

Trust repair after ruptures or betrayals

Balancing closeness and autonomy

Adapting to life transitions and shifting roles

Deepening emotional and physical intimacy

Group Therapy

Through compassionate dialogue, relational exploration, and trauma-informed support, group therapy helps individuals develop deeper self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and foster healthier connections.
